The SCB Deluxe was configured specifically for use on the Speed Cart. We started with a top and bottom that nest in the upper and lower bag wraps of the Speed Cart and added the features we think are necessary in a cart bag: pockets that are always accessible when the bag is on a cart, an integrated putter tube and an umbrella storage system that keeps the umbrella handy. In addition, we used a top with 14 individual full-length dividers and a utility handle. While the SCB Deluxe is designed for the Speed Cart it also works well on a riding cart.
